In 2006, I completed the Gastronomy-Sommelier course at the Academy of Gastronomy. Since 2011, I have been conducting wine and port workshops. In early 2017, I attended the cheese course at the Beverwijk Culinary Center with Betty Koster and Robert Verwey and successfully obtained a diploma. Afterward, some wine friends asked me to pass on that knowledge, which I did from March to May 2018, and I enjoyed it so much! Are you joining us?
