On this food scavenger hunt through Hoorn you will visit five different places. At each location you will get something tasty to eat. The tour combines food, fun facts and discovery.

Step into the FOOD traces of Hoorn with this fun and challenging scavenger hunt! Hoorn is known for its history as an important VOC, Dutch East India Company, port and its location on the Markermeer. During this scavenger hunt you will receive a clue at each location that will help you find the next eating place. This way you get to know the city and all the local restaurants. Vegetarian options are also available at each location.

The tour begins at Grand Café Restaurant ‘t Hop, at Westerdijk 4.

Here you will receive a packet with explanations and directions, from then on everything will become. With the directions you will find the next food stop over and over again, in between also fun facts about the city.

The whole tour takes two to three hours, so make sure you don’t plan this tour too tightly.
